Yes, we do. We offer free shipping on any order, but if your address is a remote area, please contact us before placing your order.

We ship to most of the countries in the world, except India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, Brazil, El Salvador Pakistan, UAE, and Thailand due to sex toys being illegal and/or having strict customs clearance.

Most of the sex dolls will be shipped from China, but for some dolls will be shipped from our US or EU warehouse, 

We require1-3 days to prepare the goods to be inspected, packaged, and customized. Once your order is shipped out, and you can view the tracking number in your order comment section on your account dashboard. The transportation time is usually 5-10 days, under special circumstances (for example: due to bad weather, customs inspection, congestion at the unloading port, and the impact of the new coronavirus in certain areas, etc.

We use UPS and FedEx as our primary shipping couriers as a free shipping method. If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us before ordering.

UPS and FedEx do not allow for PO Box deliveries. Therefore, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Even though there are ways to get your sex doll shipped without using your home address. Please check these shipping options BEFORE placing your order, so we may note that your delivery will be taken to a pickup destination rather than your home address.

It depends, If you want to cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed the order, cancellation is acceptable.

Once 24 hours have passed, it is no longer possible to cancel any order as the doll will be well into production and high costs will have been incurred.

Yes, we do accept returns, but only under certain circumstances. For instance, we only offer refunds on sex dolls that are defective or damaged by the manufacturing process or during shipping. Simply take photos of the damages, write down every detail and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your doll at info@sexdolltribe.com.

Furthermore, please keep in mind that variations in skin color and make-up are common, as our sex dolls are hand-crafted. Therefore, each has its own individual character, which is not considered a defect or damage. Additionally, your sex doll’s eyelashes and fingernails are attached lightly and many come off during shipping. These items are easily fixed by using TPE-safe glue.
